Competition System
Preliminary Round:
The twelve (12) participating teams will be divided into two (2) groups (A and B) of six (6) teams each.
Each team shall play all the other teams within its own group.
The final stage standings will be established after the Preliminary Round as follows:
Group A: A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6
Group B: B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6
The teams placed 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th in each group will qualify directly for the Quarter-Finals round.
Quarter-Final Round:
The eight (8) teams qualified from the Second Round will play as follows:
QF1: A1 vs. B4
QF2: A2 vs. B3
QF3: B1 vs. A4
QF4: B2 vs. A3
Semi-Final Round:
CL5: Looser QF1 vs. Looser QF4
CL6: Looser QF2 vs. Looser QF3
SF1: Winner QF1 vs. Winner QF4
SF2: Winner QF2 vs. Winner QF3
Final Round:
7th & 8th Place: Looser CL5 vs. Looser CL6
5th & 6th Place: Winner CL5 vs. Winner CL6
3rd & 4th Place: Looser SF1 vs. Looser SF2
Final: Winner SF1 vs. Winner SF2
