FIBA - Last chance to buy Spain 2014 Day Passes!

MIES (FIBA Basketball World Cup) - Fans wishing to buy Day Passes for the 2014 FIBA Basketball World Cup should make the most of the last opportunity to do so on www.fiba.basketball/spain2014/tickets before the closing deadline on Monday 23 June.

The demand for these tickets - which enable spectators to watch all games played in one venue on a particular day for Group Phase, Round of 16 and Quarter-Finals action - has been very high, but some availability remains for:
- Gran Canaria, which hosts Group D (Angola, Australia, Korea, Lithuania, Mexico and Slovenia)
- Granada, which hosts Group A (Brazil, Egypt, France, Iran, Serbia and host nation Spain)
- Sevilla, which hosts Group B (Argentina, Croatia, Greece, Philippines, Puerto Rico and Senegal)

All tickets have sold out for Bilbao, which hosts Group C and consists of defending world champions USA, along with the Dominican Republic, Finland, New Zealand, Turkey and Ukraine.

Fans wishing to see if the USA can go on a successful title-defense run will get that unique chance by purchasing Day Passes for Round of 16 and Quarter-Finals games in Barcelona, where the best teams from Groups C and D will clash.

A Day Pass for the Group Phase - played in Bilbao, Gran Canaria, Granada and Sevilla - grants access to three world class games for as little as €27,00.

The great value the Day Pass offers can be enjoyed in Barcelona and Madrid, where the Final Phase will take place.

The starting price for a Day Pass for the Round of 16 is as low as €60 and €80 for Quarter-Finals, with two games a day on offer for each stage of the competition.

Session Tickets, the last type of ticket, will go on sale on Tuesday 1 July. Individual tickets for Semi-Finals and Finals (Final and 3rd Place Game) will also become available at this time.
