All European National Federations were invited to register a team for the Qualifiers of the 3x3 Europe Cup 2017.
The 24 teams competing at the FIBA 3x3 Europe Cup are:
- Netherlands (men and women, host)
- 11 best teams from the Andorra qualifier (6 men, 5 women)
- 11 best teams from the France qualifier (5 men, 6 women)
