The best Spanish point guard in the last 10 years has matured into one of the top playmakers in Europe. A two-time EuroLeague Women All-Star, the Ros Casares captain is one of the best at her position due to her directing skills which makes her look like a coach on the court. She nearly always reads the game correctly and calls the right play. Aguilar is not the most vocal of the Spanish players but she transmits a silent energy to her teammates. After spending four years in the NCAA at George Washington in the Atlantic 10, Aguilar has built a solid career in Spanish top teams, especially in Valencia where she has also shown her shooting skills from behind the arc.
