Samsung Shoot Out Contest

The Samsung Shoot-Out Final was played on Sunday 8 June at 16.00CET on Court 1.

The 4 players (2 men, 2 women) attempt 12 shots from four different locations: three from the right wing (45° angle from the baseline), three from the top of the arc (same location as qualification phase), three from the left wing (45° from the baseline) and three from the end of the 3x3 court. Shots from around the arc are worth 1 point, while shots from the end of the court are worth 3 points. The winner gets gold, the runner-up gets silver and the 2 losing semi-finalists both get bronze.

Participants

Up to 2 players from each men’s and/or women's team can take part.

Qualification:
 
Each player attempts 10 shots from the top of the arc. The 2 men and 2 women who make the most baskets (score and time) go through to the Final. In case of a tie, the time will act as a tie-breaker.
 
The Women Samsung Shoot-Out Qualifiers were played on Saturday 7 June at 13.40CET on Courts 3 and 4.
