If he had the mentality of a defender, Lamizana would be seen as the Ivorian Kevin Garnett.

Although he is tall, his comfort zone is not the paint but the perimeter, where he can use his finesse moves.

“He is not 100% a small forward but he is not 100% a power forward either”, Dessarzin explains.

“He likes to play far away from the basket.

He is not necessarily a good shooter but with his size and top-level individual talent, he can rush to the basket and finish plays.

He likes to have the ball in hands and create for himself or team-mates.

I don’t know if I can give him much playing time, and I don’t know what his stats in Lebanon mean, but he is really talented and NBA scouts had an eye on him when he graduated from Rutgers.”
