The Udrihs are another renowned basketball Slovenian family.

Samo is taller and older than Beno but the star of the family is clearly his younger brother.

Samo had to fight his way to become a good player at international level. He played in the French and Slovenian second divisions earlier in his career, before becoming a solid member of the powerful Spanish league.

Last year, after a tough season with Estudiantes Madrid, he came back to his home country.

At EuroBasket 2009, he made his debut with the National Team and provided good minutes off the bench, being careful with the ball and showing his sweet shooting touch.
