Miroslava Mistinova (SVK) - 2013 U16 European Championship Women

MIES, Switzerland - FIBA on Monday lifted the suspension of the Slovak Basketball Association Basketball (Slovak Basket) by reinstating it with full rights, paving the way for the country's national teams and officials to take part in all FIBA competitions and activities.

This means the Slovak Republic will take its place in the 16-team field at the upcoming FIBA U17 World Championship for Women in the Czech Republic cities of Klatovy and Pilsen.

The Slovaks were drawn in Group C, to be played in Pilsen, alongside Australia, Japan and Mexico.

The championship tips off on Saturday 28 June and concludes on Sunday 6 July.
