Kim is one of the best centers in the country who has a good jump shot and can play both inside and outside on offense. The 28-year-old is a good defender, which may sound like a contradiction considering she plays for Korea. Kim won six WKBL titles, including two with Woori Bank where she has played since 2004.
Last season, she was the third leading scorer of the league at 17 points per game. Kim also is averaged
9.5 rebounds per game – third best in the WKBL. She became the second Korean to play in the WNBA when she joined the Phoenix Mercury. She made her debut with the National Team in 2001 and was the starting center at last year’s FIBA Asia Championship
