Oxana Rakhmatulina remains a key player for Igor Grudin as she has been the starting point guard and the leader on and off the court for the Russia for several years. The 31-year-old is an unselfish player who first wants to make her team-mates better before trying to score. The two-time European champion has the experience of winning titles on the international scene and is eager to grab another first medal at the Olympic Games after celebrating bronze in 2004. Last summer, she moved from Dynamo Moscow to UMMC Ekaterinburg.
