Padabed is a talented point guard with the scoring abilities of a classic shooting guard and a solid experience at the highest European level, as she played three full Euroleague seasons with Dynamo Moscow. In 2006-07, after a short stint in Belarus, Volha finished the season in Latvia where she tallied her usual impressive numbers (15.8 ppg, 3.9 apg, 2.9 spg in 30 minutes). Since March 2008, she played in France, with Saint-Amand-les-Eaux, where she was a little disappointing (7.3 ppg, 34% shooting) with a poor ratio assists/turnovers (1.0 / 1.8). In 2007, she returned to the Belarus National Team. Despite a low-impact in offense (27% in the field), she was second in assists of her squad. At 29 years old, she remains the perfect back-up of Natalia Marchanka.
