Career: Djoliba AC (Mali, 1998-03), Knoxville College (USA-NCAA III, 2003-05), Union University (USA-NAIA, 2005-07), Union University (USA-NAIA, Student Assistant, 2007-08)

At 18, Sissoko entered the National Team and showed her rebounding ability. She left Mali in 2003 for the United States and missed the 2003 FIBA Africa Championship that was played in December. She was also absent from the 2005 Africa Championship due to her transfer to Union University in Jackson, Tennessee. She had a hat-trick of no-shows after missing the 2007 FIBA Africa Championship due to graduation. At Union, she captured the 2006 NAIA National Title and reached the semi-final the next season. She was a student assistant coach this year at Union University.
