The third part of the brilliant 89 generation is a great three-point shooter. Her incredible size allows her to play some minutes in the power forward position but she prefers a more open game. Abalde is quite experienced in professional competitions as her native city team, Celta Vigourban, gave her this natural talent the chance to play an important role since she was 16. After averaging seven points per game, last summer she travelled to the United States to study at Lamar University (NCAA) and averaged 16.0 points and seven rebounds. The future is extremely bright for Spain with players like Abalde set to contribute to the National Team.
