Career: Union Colon (Argentina, 1999-2000), Reggio Calabria (Italy-Lega, 2000-02), Fortitudo Bologna (Italy-Lega, 2002-04), Detroit Pistons (USA-NBA, 2004-07), Toronto Raptors (2007-2008)

What’s keeping Carlos Delfino from being more dominant on the court? Athleticism, speed, grace and talent - the Argentinian swingman has it all. For three straight years, Delfino spent most of his time on the bench of the Detroit Pistons bench but last summer, after helping Argentina qualify for the Olympics at the FIBA Americas Championship, he joined Toronto and averaged more than 24 minutes per game, scoring 9.0 points and grabbing 4.4 rebounds while shooting an unimpressive 39.7% from the field. After finally getting the court time he craved, Delfino elected this summer to pass on a return to Canada and instead signed for BC Khimki in Russia. He’d love to arrive in the Moscow Region with another medal to add to the Olympic gold he won in 2004.
