Career: Zob Ahan ( Iran-Superleague, 2002-08)
Oshin is Iran’s Charles Barkley, a player Rajko Toroman counts on to do much of the dirty work. Though undersized at the position at just 1.96m in height, his tenacity and willingness to always give 110% are why he is usually found in the Iranian line-up. Oshin played about 18 minutes per game on the Iran team that won last year’s FIBA Asia Championship. He only averaged three points per game but pulled down an average of 4.5 rebounds. Oshin is a relentless player who will dive on the floor for loose balls, pound the boards and also hit the outside jumper.
