INCHEON (FIBA Asia Championship for Women) - With their sights firmly set on the semifinals, Chinese Taipei cantered through to beat Thailand in Level I on Thursday.

"I just told the girls to go out and enjoy themselves in the game," said Taipei coach Lin Hung Ling-Yao.

"We have had three tough matches on the trot. And we have the semifinals coming up (against Korea on Saturday). There was no point in my girls exerting themselves too hard in this game," she said.

"May be I would have liked another 10 points or so. But I'm not complaining," she said.

Thailand coach was happy his wards reached the target he had set for them. "I told them they should score at least 50 points. And they did," said Kim Jae Wong.
