TOKUSHIMA (FIBA Asia Championship) - Kelly Williams' success with both his free-throws helped Philippines beat China 78-76 and won the top place in the consolation league on Saturday.
Locked 76-all, with 48 seconds left in the game, China squandered on what could have been a winning lead, twice. Ke Li fumbled with his two free throws and Qian Wu failed to convert both his attempts seconds later.
On the turn of run, Philippines got their chance and Williams delivered.
