VALDIVIA (FIBA Americas Championship for Women) - Showing that they didn't came as tourist, Argentina dominated Mexico 90-52, getting one step closer to qualify into the semifinals.

The Argentineans started to roll in the first minute. They won the first quarter 26-5 and showed the commitment for the players coached by Eduardo Pinto, never allowing Mexico to get into the game, especially its star, Brisa Silva.

At the end of the first half the Argentineans had a 41-16 lead and never looked back. This was the second loss in two games for Mexico.

Now everything will be decided in the Argentina-Chile game scheduled for Friday at 21:30 local time. The winners will qualify into the semifinals and secure a spot in the World Pre-Olympic Tournament.
