Career: Toyota (Japan-JBL Superleague, 1995-2006).
Takehiko Orimo has been one of the best scores in the JBL Superleague since he joined the league in 1995. Despite being 36, he remains a deadly shooter from either two or three point-point range who likes to come off the screen. Orimo has played his entire career for the Toyota Alvark and led them to the JBL Superleague title twice in 2002 and 2006. He is a five-time All-Star and was even named JBL Superleague MVP in 2002. He made his debut with the National Team in 1994 and played at the 1998 World Championship in Greece.
Even if he is no longer in his prime, Takehiko Orimo's shooting touch and experience will be very valuable to the team.
