Career: Celje (Slovenia-Division 1B, 1995-96), Lasko (Slovenia-Division 1A, 1996-2002), Olimpija Ljubljana (Slovenia-Division 1A, 2002-03), Olympiakos (Greece-ESAKE, 2003-04), Cantù (Italy-Lega, 2004-06).
An old-school Slovenian power forward, one of the team's veterans along with Marko Milic. He made his debut with the Celje seniors in the second Slovenian division during the 1995-96 season. In 1996-97, he signed with Pivovarna Lasko where he played until the 2002 season before moving to Olimpija Ljubljana for the 2002-03 season. He then had stops at Olympiakos and Italy, with Sicc Jesi, where he posted a solid 11.4 points and 6.5 rebounds in 27 minutes. Jurak is a role player who successfully executes his coach's tactical schemes. He posted a decent 7.7 pts and 4.4 rebs in the FIBA EuroCup with Pallacanestro Cantu.
He's a strong defensive player and rebounder with limited offensive abilities. His position is loaded with young talented players and will have a hard time making it to Japan.
