Milic is widely considered one of the most explosive players in Europe ever; reputed for his high flying dunks, including one over a Honda convertible at an All-Star game at the age of 17. Athleticism runs through his veins. His father, Vladimir, was a shot putt champion in the former Yugoslavia.

Despite certain shortcomings regarding ball handling and shooting, Marko has had a remarkable career, including one year with the Phoenix Suns in the NBA. In Europe, he was a legitimate starter on every team he played with. Marko can be a mismatch nightmare for the majority of shooting guards and small forwards crossing his path. A defensive-minded swingman with tremendous energy, he also brings leadership and veteran experience to his country's national team.
