Pablo Machado is a valuable reserve in the backcourt of the National Team. He attended Georgia Tech and Loyola Marymount in the United States before coming back to his native country. But he has not reached high expectations around him. He is a good defensive center with good rebounding skills but could be a better offensive player considering his height and athleticism.
Machado won the LPB title with Marinos de Oriente in 2004 and reached the finals twice with Guaros de Lara in 2005 and 2006. He has been a member of the National Team since 2001 and competed in the 2002 FIBA World Championship in Indianapolis.
