Career: Marinos (Venezuela-LPB, 1998-2004), Espartanos (Venezuela-LNB, 2001), Guácharos (Venezuela-LNB, 2002-04), Pijaos (Colombia-Copa Federation, 2003), Cocodrilos (Venezuela-LPB, 2005), Tiburones (Venezuela-LNB, 2005), Trotamundos (Venezuela-LPB, 2006).
Tomas Aguilera won the best sixth man award this season in the LPB with Trotamundos de Carabobo, helping his team capture the title. He averaged 12.1 points, 5.1 rebounds and 1.1 assists. He has already won the title three times with Marinos de Oriente. In 2001, he won the All Star Game MVP award.
He likes to run the court and use his speed in the transition game. Aguilera is also a good rebounder despite his relative small size as he used to play power forward when he was younger. His versatility is very useful for his team, but he would need a more consistent long distance shot.
