LAS VEGAS (FIBA Americas Championship) - Venezuela's biggest concern heading into their clash with Puerto Rico on Wednesday is how to contain the likes of Carlos Aroyo and Larry Ayuso on the permiter.
Hector Romero, the Venezuela center who had 35 points and 11 rebounds in his country's 88-79 triumph over Uruguay on Tuesday, said: "We'll have to make sure Puerto Rico do not develop their play from three-point range and not let Arroyo, Ayuso and the others net three-pointers.
"We prefer to let them play with their big men."
The victory over Uruguay improved Venezuela's record to 2-4.
Puerto Rico were thrashed by Team USA on Tuessday, 117-78.
