We want tailor the game to the needs of those who are most involved with it.

In line with FIBA’s roadmap for the development of 3x3 basketball, the second half of 2011 has been identified as a key test period, during which all aspects of the game – from the rules to the organisation of tournaments and events, including all competition management tools as well as the individual ranking system – will be assessed in order to achieve the best possible results as we look to the future. Join our 3x3 Testing Programme and contribute to the development of the game!

Central to our evaluation of evaluation of how to further strengthen and grow 3x3 is the data the feedback we receive from each 3x3 test event.

The data includes statistical information, video analysis and as much qualitative feedback as can be gathered from everyone involved, including organisers, fans, all major stakeholders and – most importantly – the players themselves.

The 3x3 Test Sheet will provide invaluable quantitative data about the run of play, the duration of games, scoring trends, fouling etc.

3x3 Organizer Acquaintance Sheet will give us an overview of who is doing what, when and where, while also allowing us to set up a network of persons involved in 3x3 basketball.

All this data will help us to address the needs of the 3x3 community and to support our effort to further grow 3x3 basketball.
