With an ever-growing number of players and an officially recognised Competition Network spanning all five continents, 3x3 basketball represents a great opportunity for event promoters and National Federations worldwide.

FIBA endorsement is required for a tournament to be recognised and integrated into the Competition Network, with results being taken into account for the players' individual ranking calculation.

There are several levels of endorsement, from the most basic level to the higher endorsement levels of 3x3 Tours, 3x3 Quest and 3x3 Challenger .
