Veteran Ann Wauters was a key part of Belgium's success and run to the last podium step.

The forward is now off for a well deserved break with the family - with her son having also made a cameo appearance at a post-game media conference, earlier in the competition.

There was a deserved reception in Athens for the returning Greek team.

Expected to struggle and entering the competition as rank outsiders, they posted an exceptional tournament to reach the Semi-Finals for the first time in their history - as well as making it to the FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup 2018.
